  • Andy Murray's title triumph in Toronto sets him up for the US Open

Dunblane's Andy Murray has a real chance to win his first grand slam title at the US Open, after beating both Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal on his way to winning the Rogers Trophy in Toronto.

After a disappointing season, Murray is in his best form of the year leading up to the championships at Flushing Meadow starting on Monday 30th August.

He claimed the Toronto title with a straight sets win over Nadal to defend the title he won in 2009.
