A leading luxury hotel in Dunblane has been put on the market - with Cromlix House looking for new owners.
The Hotel, which was built in 1874 as a family residence is now a 4-Star premier country house, with 14 bedrooms including eight suites
Cromlix House has three dining rooms, for up to 112 covers, as well as meeting rooms - and has been a popular venue for weddings and other events, often using the hotel's own Chapel which dates back to 1874 and is a popular setting.
There's also a Manager's flat which comprises two bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom.
The hotel sits in part of a 2,000 acre estate and occupies approximately 34 acres of parkland, forestry and loch which surrounds the hotel. The landscaped lawns to the rear are ideal for marquee weddings.
Cromlix House is rated four Star by VisitScotland and is widely regarded as one of the premier country house hotels in Scotland.
Despite the credit crunch, the hotel has been doing good business, with accounts for the year 1st January showing a profit or just over £700,000.
